Delete your Constella account.
Constella is operated by Quiet Eye Advisors LLC. You can permanently delete your account and associated data inside the app, or request deletion here if you cannot access it.
Delete inside Constella
Open You → Account & safety → Delete account, read the consequences, then confirm twice. The authenticated deletion is immediate and signs the device out.
Request deletion without the app
Email info@quieteyegroup.com with the subject “Constella account deletion request” from the email address associated with your Apple or Google sign-in when possible. State that you want your Constella account deleted.
We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the account is yours. Never send an Apple or Google password, verification code, private key or authentication token. After verification, we will complete the request and confirm the result within the time required by applicable law.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes the Constella authentication account and account-owned records, including the profile, My Sky stamps and preferences, friends and relationships, notes, star names, Sky Postcards, likes, favorites, watched objects, badges, streaks, Luminary standings, notification preferences and registered device tokens.
Content may disappear from shared community surfaces as a result. Deletion cannot be undone, and recreating an account later starts a new account.
Limited information that may remain
Support correspondence, safety reports, fraud-prevention records and records required for legal compliance or dispute resolution may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, then deleted or de-identified. Provider security and operational logs follow the applicable provider's retention settings. We do not retain deleted account data for advertising.
Deleting Constella does not itself delete your Apple Account or Google Account. You may separately remove Constella from the apps connected to that identity provider.
